Shipping Policy

We offer the Standard shipping option as the default for all orders within Europe. This method includes tracking, allowing you to check the status of your order at any time.

Other shipping options are available upon request:

  • Budget – A lower-cost option with longer delivery times and no tracking.

  • Express – Faster delivery with tracking, ideal for time-sensitive orders.

  • Overnight – Available only in selected cases and subject to the capacity of our fulfillment partners.

Processing Times and Delivery Status

Order processing typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on the product and stock availability. Most of our wall art — our best-selling category — is shipped within 24–48 hours.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Multiple Items per Order

If your order contains multiple items, additional shipping fees may apply, especially if the products are shipped from different production sites. In such cases, the shipping costs are added together.

Delivery Delays

Please note that delays may occur due to various factors, such as:

  • Incomplete or incorrectly formatted address information

  • Import restrictions and customs clearance

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Strikes or other external circumstances

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service. In rare cases where a shipment is lost, we will provide a replacement at no cost, provided the loss was not caused by an incorrect address.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product. We will send you a replacement free of charge.

Shipping Origin

Depending on availability and your delivery address, your order will be shipped from the fulfillment center closest to your location, ensuring the fastest and most environmentally friendly delivery possible.
